It's a pleasure to welcome you to the website of Ysgol Pencae. We are a small school in the village of Llandaf. We refer to ourselves as a Village School within the City, we thrive on our community spirit and the close-knit family feeling that exists within the school.
Our main aim at Ysgol Pencae is to ensure that our pupils are happy and that they thrive in an environment that is safe, warm and caring.
The pupils of Ysgol Pencae are immersed in exciting experiences that develop them into enthusiastic learners that are proud of their Welsh heritage, have close friends and that are informed and ethical citizens. We take pride in our pupils' enthusiasm to learn.

Education is a partnership and the close relationship between the school and the home is imperative to the pupils' education and wellbeing. We are a school that operates an open-door policy and we encourage our parents to visit the school regularly. We encourage our families to come for a discussion if they have any news, concerns or are in need of support.
